Garth: This dear middle-aged cocker was found late on a bitter cold night wandering in a parking lot. Even though he was exhausted and cold, he greeted his rescuers with a friendly face and a wagging tail. Garth had been neglected in the extreme. There were polyps in both of his badly infected ears. He also had infected gums, rotten teeth, and a cheery eye. Despite all the discomfort Garth experienced, he just loved everyone he met and never stopped wagging his little cocker bunny tail.
