Buddy - He's been groomed!!!

This young, happy tiny cocker must have been left in a crate almost all the time.  When our volunteer picked him up at the city pound, she couldn't believe her eyes - the huge matts on both his ears were almost as big as he is, his fur was stained yellow and he just reeked of urine.  Despite all this, our volunteer said "he's one happy camper" and thrilled to be out of a cage. Buddy (his new temporary name) was taken straight to our vet where he received a thorough exam, was shaved down and neutered, received all his vaccines and was tested for heartworm and lyme disease (he was negative for both).  Our vet said he is now a truly "happy camper" and feels so much better.  Buddy is now ready to be adopted and complete the  journey to his new life.
